1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SHATTA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at nexus-0dkxzdiu.myshopify.com and your purchases of our luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, bespoke curtains, and custom home decor items. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, fabric designs, and software, is the exclusive property of SHATTA and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and details of our products. However, fabric colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time without prior notice.

4. Custom Orders & Consultation

For custom drapery and bespoke home upholstery services, measurements provided by the client are the client's sole responsibility unless our team conducts an official in-home measuring consultation. Custom orders are initiated only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

5. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Standard delivery times are estimates and may vary. Due to the high-end nature of our custom textiles, returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors, and must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, under the jurisdiction of the Cairo courts.
